One_ March. This month brings gloomy days and SNOW days. We do get a taste of Spring with sunshine and warm breezes though. We can have snow for another month yet.Read “Spring Snowstorm,” Here.
Two_ Precious moments of time in my fiber studio working on a project. (The Snow Queen’s Talisman) I am working on a series of wintry-themed wall pieces, a talisman and a cuff bracelet . When the winter series is complete, I’ll begin working on the Spring series.
Three_ I gifted Miss Penny Rose with a set of vintage Blue Willow dishes. I’ve been gifting things I have collected for over fifty years to younger family members. She created a lovely table arrangement for them using brilliant greens and yellows.
Four_ The doors God closed in my life so that I could learn more about grace.
Five_ A new microwave to replace the one that died last week AND A new crockpot to replace an old one that is shabby.
Six_ We took Bob to a memory unit today – feeling lost and sad without him here at home. But grateful he is in a warm and friendly place tonight. This happened quickly and I never knew when I got up this morning that he would be leaving today.
Seven_ New York Cheesecake with my husband at breakfast time.
Eight_ Spring flower bulbs which I know are growing and making ready to surprise me in a few more weeks.
Nine_ A daughter who came to help me get my income tax information ready for the accountant.
Ten_ Food delivery from Domino’s and icy cold Coke.
