This photo appears in the “About the Author” section of the book.
Lynda sits on the hand-cut stone wall that surrounds her Zen Meditation Garden.
She is smiling at the viewer and her hands rest on her lap. Lynda looks directly into the camera.
Behind Lynda is her Tamukeyama Tree in the autumn season.
The tree is a blazing deep burgundy red color. The leaves change color from spring through the year. In December it turns the hottest shade of cerise imaginable, just before dropping it’s leaves.

Readers will see that even though I have lost most of my sight, I have not lost my Inner Vision for what is good and beautiful in this world. I recognize the sacredness of our world and the Creator who made it all. My book opens with a quote from Genesis 1:14 – which gives the purpose and intention of God in creating the entire universe and all that dwells in it.
~ I will be the FEATURED GUEST Author ~
from 1 to 2 pm (EST)
Sizzling Super Summer Book Release Party
Saturday, August 3rd, 2019
What will I be doing at this party?
__ I’ll be speaking about how I put together all 3 of my books – what has worked for me as a visual artist, writer, and educator. My 3rd book was just released on July 15.
Get the BEHIND-the-SCENES SCOOP – on the books and my writing.
__YOU WILL GET A FREE LESSON – and I think we will even have a little fun by writing a poem together. YOU, will help me write a poem that day. We will do it together and it should be a lot of fun.
Poetry should be one of the most enjoyable thing to create.
It should be an enjoyable experience – and we will laugh a lot most likely as we put something together that day.
I am a retired college professor of fine arts & humanities – you can step into my classroom to have some fun with me on August 3, at 1 pm (EST).
Come on in! Let’s Make a SPLASH!
