Yarn Storage
Notice in the photo above – I purchased two 3-tier rolling carts (Made by Origami).
I placed them in front of the large window that faces the woods.
I have a nice view and the northern light – but now, I also have valuable and easy storage.
These carts hold the things I use a lot – I can find folders, and small office items quickly now.
My office is a multi-purpose room just one step down from our kitchen.
I take a pause from my WEEK IN PHOTOS at River Road Studio – to get my OFFICE in ORDER before SPRING ARRIVES on March 20th. This is WEEK #2 of how I am attacking the Clutter Dragon!
I discovered a secret.
The secret is life-enhancing and enriching.
I learned how to defeat the Clutter Dragon. I am taking charge of it every day, and I am winning the battle. Victory is in sight. I am staying the course, and I will not quit until the Clutter Dragon is banished entirely from this room.
I am enjoying the challenge I took on about a week ago when I began to purge and organize my entire office.
What I thought would be drudgery and hard work is turning out to be a blessing and labor of love.
The task seemed daunting when I first decided to begin.
Each morning I begin with a prayer for God’s guidance and wisdom for success. That connection with God makes all the difference in the world.
Each day the Clutter Dragon is being diminished. My office is growing more beautiful as I sort through the clutter and make room for valuable and important things.
My TIPs for Success:
As you work –
_Begin each morning by asking God’s guidance and help in knowing what to do. I pray before I do one thing.
_Pause before you begin the day’s work to admire how nice it is beginning to look.
_Listen to uplifting and positive speakers and teachers on the internet or on recordings.
_Play inspired music.
_Sing along with the music as you work.
_Notice at the end of each day how the piles of paper and materials are disappearing.
_Put all unnecessary items in the trash at the end of each day.
