IS YOUR NAME on the LIST?
By Lynda McKinney Lambert
What list?
What LIST do you WANT to see your NAME on?
What would it be? The Winner List
GET Into the WINNERS Circle
My Response
YES – I want my name on the list of winners.
I want to see my name on the list of authors who are achieving success.
I want to see my name on the list of artists who are winning awards in exhibitions.
Whatever it is that you do, think about what it will take to see your name on a list of winners.
Can you catch a vision of yourself as a winner?
Are you in it to win it?
You ask, “What do you mean? Win what?”
This statement means you are committed to excellence and success in every aspect of life.
Can you say this about yourself?
What I can say about me
I am a long-time admirer of the late Zig Ziglar, author and public speaker on personal development. Zig taught millions of people in his lifetime about how to build life-changing skills to achieve success. Check it out here!
His son, Tom Ziglar, carries on the tradition of his father in helping people learn to be successful in life. To learn more about the work of Zig Ziglar and find an amazing collection of his books offered in the Zig Pack Click here NOW! If you are serious about developing a winning life-style and attitude in life, I can highly recommend reading any of Zig’s books. You can also visit the website. You may even be interested in being a Life Coach and helping others as a profession.
I learned many years ago to devote at least 15 minutes each day to reading or listening to books or lectures by people like Zig Ziglar. It is important to develop a PMA. That means, a positive mental attitude. Stay focused on practicing a positive lifestyle. Focus your thoughts on words of wisdom. We gain wisdom through personal development and studies that are uplifting and positive.
Read books every day that provide a positive plan for bringing your thoughts up to the things that are inspiring.
You will begin to see miraculous achievements and positive steps towards your most ambitious goals, day by day.
How to begin?
Set time aside for 15 minutes a day. I like to do this in the quiet morning hours.
I begin my day with prayer and reading or listening to words of wisdom from a variety of mentors such as Zig Ziglar, and remarkable people whose stories are recorded in literature.
The Bible provides many stories for inspiration, personal and spiritual growth.
You will discover a wonderful collection of Zig Ziglar teachings prepared by his son, Tom. The writings of these two men provides wisdom and a path to follow that leads to our own achievements and success in life.

One other thing that is often not done, is to say “Thank you” even when your work has been declined. Yes! A thoughtful and professional person or group of people handled your writing, read it, and responded to it. They gave you an opportunity to send it to them and you expected it to be evaluated. I have learned so much about writing by the communications I had with jurors who declined my work. Personal growth happens with winning as well as not winning. the important this is you tried.
Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all the others.
Marcus Tullius Cicero
It is with the deepest gratitude that I say “Thank You,” to the jury at Proverse Publishing in Hong Kong, for selecting my poetry submissions for publication.
