LILIES are beginning in the Village of Wurtemburg!
I discovered lilies in my garden this week.
The first sight of lilies is a moment of pure joy when I bend over to glimpse the new brilliant orange lily.
My lilies are in all sizes an colors. They will bloom according to the different varieties for several weeks.
Yesterday, I placed my order for fall planting bulbs with Brecks of Holland. Click here.
I’ll receive bulbs to plant more daffodils, tulips, and lilies that will bloom in the spring and summer of 2024. the bulbs for next year are mostly white and yellow which will give a refreshing punch of cool icy color to the gardens I see in my mind for next year.

Shopping for Flowers!
I also shopped this week in Home Depot’s plant department. Fantastic assortment of excellent plants.
I bought 4 new Holly Bushes to plant at the edge of the woods. I had them planted by Al and Jenny, who won Schaffer Services. This team maintains my beautiful lawn every week for me. How I appreciate them!
From Home Depot, I purchased 14 pots of yellow day lilies and three pots of white Shasta Daisies. White and yellow are themes I am using this year and thinking about for 2024 gardens, too.
These new flowers are perennial plants. That means, they will come up each year. My vision this year is to keep the future in mind while I am planting new plants or flowers in my garden.
Gardening focuses on changes for the future.
I think of my time in the gardens as making the world a more beautiful place where I am planted in my little Village of Wurtemburg, Pennsylvania.
For instance, a year from now I will know how my intentions worked out. Gardening is always something that we have to look forward to through all of the seasons.

Thank you kindly for your visit to my gardens today.
Let’s share our joy of summertime, gardens, beautiful music, and the Love of our Lord, God Almighty, in our world every day.
He placed us individually an with His love, in the most beautiful world created by His imagination.
What we plant this year, will manifest next spring and summer.
I have faith in things that are not yet seen. My joy and value of things I imagine and dream, are reflected in my Mission Statement.
My Mission Statement:
- I reveal what is forgotten, lost, or invisible through art and writing.
“Faith is the substance of things hope for, the evidence of things not seen.” (Hebrews 11:1)
